Ribhu Chatterjee is a child of an army colonel and army doctor, and grew up in different cities across India. He loved the pomp and grandeur of army life.
His career in hospitality has taken him to many more cities and led him to Perth as General Manager of the Hyatt Regency.
Ribhu has a wealth of colourful stories about back-of-house hotel life including the unprecedented challenges of the Hyatt Regency being requisitioned as a quarantine facility during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Ribhu will share his experiences of managing a five star team and how to be prepared for the unexpected.
