HelpingMinds offers free support to the family and friends of people living with mental health challenges across WA. We started as ARAFMI over 40 years ago and we understand that having a loved one who is experiencing mental ill-health can be a difficult and isolating experience. But no-one has to go through it alone. We are here to listen and to provide people with emotional and practical supports that will help them cope during stressful times.
