In collaboration with MercyCare, City Rotary directly facilitated refugee-focused workshops designed to equip jobseekers with the essential tools to secure employment.

Through these interactive sessions, City Rotary members drew on their professional expertise to guide refugees and asylum seekers through developing competitive CVs, writing tailored job applications, and mastering interview preparation.

By providing hands-on training and constructive feedback, these workshops build participants’ professional confidence and familiarize them with Australian workplace expectations. This practical mentorship supports employment readiness, ensuring new migrants are fully prepared to successfully navigate the local job market.
