A Medical Respite Centre improving the health of people experiencing homelessness

When people become homeless their health deteriorates rapidly.City Rotary works closely with Homeless Healthcare, WA’s largest provider of GP services dedicated specifically to the needs of  people experiencing homelessness.  We assisted Homeless Healthcare to achieve WA’s first Medical Respite Centre providing pre and post hospital care for people experiencing homelessness and we continue to provide a range of strategic planning and governance support and expertise.
