Last year, Good Sammy (for many of us, once known as The Good Samaritans) served one million customers through its 27 retail stores, diverted 7 million kilograms of textiles, collected 30 million containers, created 400 jobs for people with disability, and created two new social enterprises in hospitality and property care. Leading Good Sammy to deliver those incredible activities is Kane Blackman.

Along the way, Kane and his Good Sammy team is transforming workplaces and society by creating employment and training opportunities for people with disability.

Kane is also the father of a child with rare Angelman Syndrome which causes delayed development, problems with speech and balance, intellectual disability and, sometimes, seizures.
