Hayley Harris is a Western Australian mental health advocate and peer worker with her own lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery. She sits on the board of CoMHWA (Consumers of Mental Health WA), the peak body representing the voices of people with lived experience of mental health challenges in Western Australia. She also delivers peer supervision and training through her own lived experience business.

Hayley will share her story of mental health challenges and personal recovery, and what those experiences taught her. As a board member of CoMHWA, she will reflect on why Lived Experience voices matter in shaping better outcomes, not just in mental health, but across all community issues.
