We welcome Rob Wilton, CEO of Mosaic, who is very widely qualified and has expertise in leadership, finance, governance, human resources, workplace safety and health and project management.  His experience includes executive positions in the commercial sector, Government and not for profits and a range of leadership and operational roles in the military.

Rob is a passionate advocate for people living with disability, youth at risk, veterans and those experiencing homelessness, and is currently a Non-Executive Director at Swan Care Inc and Community Vision Inc. He is known for his extensive pro-bono work and for successfully bringing his unique combination of empathetic leadership, commercial acumen and corporate expertise into the profit for purpose sector.

Within the not-for-profit sector, he has held positions as CEO of the Westcare Group, Director at Parkerville Children and Youth Care and Chief Operations Officer at St Bart’s. Within the Commercial, Government and Military, Rob has been a CFO and General Manager for ASX listed resources companies, a Director within NATO’s Southern Command and Military Advisor in the Middle East as well as held several other UN, NATO and international posts.

Rob will share his journey and how he applies the lessons learned from his diverse background to leading Mosaic as it delivers opportunities for those with disability.
