Leadership & Resilience – Bob Hunter

Bob Hunter is an experienced executive leader with a diverse range of experiences across the military, including in the SASR, an international consulting business, the CEO of Rugby WA and his current Leadership and team performance consulting business. During his service with the SAS, Bob was directly involved in all aspects of Australia’s Special Forces – National Counter Terrorism Crisis Management and Response Arrangement. Bob was the Squadron Commander of the SAS unit involved in the tragic Blackhawk accident in 1996. Bob’s personal journey as a leader gives him great insights into the challenges of crisis leadership and how to manage individual and team resilience issues.
