The 20 Minute MBA – Rod Evans

Rod Evans is the founding Principal of The Ideas Factory, a specialist ideation and business strategy consultancy. Rod is a world record breaking cyclist (6 world records in 5 years) and Australian Cyclist of the Year (1990 & 1994). He has worked in capital markets, stockbroking, agriculture, mining services, oil and gas and government, across roles such as heading strategy, business turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment. He has served as CEO, managing director and a board member, and as a lecturer for Curtin’s Graduate School of Business. Rod will help us identify the single most important concept that is taught in an MBA course, and how we might use this idea in our own businesses.
